How would we describe our Orchid twin home in one sentence? Quite simply, the Orchid offers a naturally flowing floor plan, with plenty of finished and useable square footage. On the main level, our Orchid model provides homeowners with an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Of special note to the bedrooms, this floor plan includes a spacious owner’s suite that adds a nice touch of privacy for homeowners. To add to this, the Orchid also incorporates a covered deck for outdoor leisure. If needed, the lower level allows for additional home space with the option of finishing a family room, a third bedroom, and a third bathroom.
