About the Neighborhood
Hinner Springs offers exclusive home sites that are conveniently located just outside of Wausau, WI. The neighborhood is situated in the village of Weston and is approximately four minutes from WIS 29 (Highway 29). Hinner Springs is also near numerous restaurants and shopping centers in the both Weston and the greater Wausau area. Additionally, the neighborhood is situated within a close proximity to many unique outdoor recreational opportunities, including the Wisconsin River, the Eau Claire River, the Mountain Bay State Trail, and the scenic views and skiing trails of Rib Mountain. The single family home phase by Timber Ridge Builders is currently in progress! New homes are under construction on Maplefield Way, with additional homes planned for Hinner Springs Drive. COMING SOON!! Townhomes will be underway on the north end of the Hinner Springs subdivision in the very near future. At this time, this phase is still in the planning stage, but updates on these projects will be shared soon.
