About the Neighborhood

Hinner Springs offers exclusive home sites that are conveniently located just outside of Wausau, WI. The neighborhood is situated in the village of Weston and is approximately four minutes from Highway 29. Hinner Springs is also near numerous restaurants and shopping centers in both the Weston and greater Wausau area. Additionally, the neighborhood is situated within a close proximity to many unique outdoor recreational opportunities, including the Wisconsin River, the Eau Claire River, the Mountain Bay State Trail, and the scenic views and skiing trails of Rib Mountain. Our single family homes are now in progress in Hinner Springs! Construction is taking place on the north end of the subdivision. Additional homes are being planned for the future.
