In search of a cozy, two-story floor plan? If so, that’s exactly what our Oak model offers! This floor plan provides a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom layout, plus much more! The functionally designed main level includes an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. To add to this, a half bath and an office are also built into the main level. Moving to the second level provides access to the laundry room, a full bathroom, and the sleeping quarters, which includes an owner’s suite. If needed, our Oak floor plan allows for more home space with the option of finishing the following rooms in the lower level: a family room, a fourth bedroom, and a third bathroom.
