Our Maple floor plan provides a unique two-story layout that’s definitely worth exploring! This floor plan places the living area on the main level and the sleeping quarters on the second level. Overall, our Maple floor plan provides homeowners with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. On the main level, the kitchen, dining room, and living room flow together in a semi-open-concept design. In addition to that, the main level also incorporates a half-bathroom that includes laundry hook ups. Upon reaching the second level, homeowners will be greeted by a full bath and a hallway that terminates into a three-bedroom layout. The floor plan provides a nice sized owner’s suite as well.
